Same people, different attitudes.

Liked: Always clean sheets. It might take housekeeping a minute to do it. But once it got done, we always had clean sheets and towels. The room is always spotless when we arrive. Always fresh toilet paper for the bathroom.h
Disliked: The one thing that could be better is the speed and timing of housekeeping. Another thing is, the staff's understanding of something being visually impaired, especially when it comes to not knowing how to operate something.
