Poor room

Liked: Room size is great
Disliked: The TV was going out. Cable was out so there was nothing to do and hard to sleep with no tv. There was also no microwave or refrigerator. The lobby was freezing to.

Horrific!! Wish I would’ve taken...

Liked: They wouldn’t give me my money back. The lock on the first room was broken. Tried 2 times to fix. Gave me another room and we opened it to find it unmade and filthy. After running around we finally just asked for a refund. I have been trying to get my money back but they said because it was through booking.com I had to get the money from you. That was Thursday and it’s now Monday and no one has reached out to me after multiple notes. I don’t think I will ever use booking.com again if this is normal for them.

Worst hotel ever.

Disliked: Room was toxic smelling. Seemed to be coming from bathroom. Couldn’t vent smell in any way.

Liked: The bed
Disliked: It was dirty it was disgusting looking down the hallways and elevators got into our room there was only pillows for just me not my wife that smelt like dirty feet and ammonia

Disliked: Very poor Hotel, needs a lot of maintenance and remodeling, nothing works not even the Elevator?

Disliked: The halls smelled gross, there was no tv in our room, then they put us in a different room and the toilet was leaking.
