Liked: They are under new Ownership so they have improved a lot Still got some work to do but they are the staff is beyond wonderful They could improve on their cleanliness by a lot but all around not too bad after I clean my room
Disliked: Very dirty I went and bought cleaning supplies and sanitized my room

Disliked: Everything staff aren't as pleasant have bad attitudes. I already had my deposit misplaced twice never got a refund. Nothing was never done about it nor was it investigated. I once loved being here but now I have to be here or otherwise I wouldn't wait my money here. AND THEY NEVER HAVE THE ICE MACHINE WORKING AND IT'S BEEN YRS. since it worked. My reservation wasn't me I was given a non smoking room when I reserved a smoking room but couldn't change my room because they were sold out before I even got to the hotel for my reservation.
