Liked: They close the vending machines and only ice machine up inside the lobby at 10pm. The owner told me I could only change bed linens 1x a week then when I asked about bed bug risk with such a Ludacris practice/policy she switched to 2x.... never mind I travel with my 87 yr old father who not only suffers Alzheimer's but in recent years has developed incontinence issues... smh ... In my opinion Meena Patel Motel 6 Boy Scout Rd Augusta is simply a crook!

Disliked: The fact that we got stuck in the elevator for 10 minutes with NO assistance from the staff. We rang the bell (elevator had no phone to call anyone!) and the front desk member told us when we finally were able to get out(my disabled husband was the one that got us out of the elevator) that he didn’t hear it. Yet customers in the parking lot heard it. When I called to speak to the manager about a refund, she was absolutely horrible, rude and didn’t give a damn. Will never ever stay here again and have told our friends, family and Booking.com that we will never stay here again and they shouldn’t either.
