Liked: My room didn't get cleaned a couple days because they were understaffed.

Liked: There was an area to walk my dog next to the hotel and the room was really cozy & clean...

Exceptional

Defnitely not the ritz, but...

Liked: I liked that they offered smoking rooms
Disliked: Some of the guests were a bit noisy, but it was quite at night.

Best customer service

Liked: Had an issue with check-in my drivers license when scaned was bringing up someone else so it had everyone puzzled but ms. Mandy the gm and Mr Johnny the front desk clerk made a bad situation better nothing they did but they made sure me an my brother was able to check in had to use his those z people deserve a raise it very hard to get great customer service anymore by the time we walked out to go to the room we was a laughing they was the friendliest people I have seen in the hotel business I'll definitely be back don't know when but I have save the address and number in my phone

Disappointing

Liked: Not much . Bathroom was clean .
Disliked: Stains on sheets , roaches . Light over bed would not turn off , had my 6 month old with me and at bedtime 8pm tried making our room dark . Switch wouldn’t work .. contacted desk and was told would return call in 10 mins with help or swap our room . (I had already assembled bassinet and had room unpacked for a little baby & 2 adults ) it was bed time did not want to relocate ! Walked to front desk after over 20 mins of waiting no phone call . Told maintenance was coming to turn it off . Maintenance put out cigarette at front door after opened & filled my non smoking room with the smell of cigarette smoke . I have a small baby didn’t appreciate this . Maintenance couldn’t get light off . Had to move bed and unplug . Then the bugs started crawling from behind the bed frame once light was off . Didn’t sleep at all that night & had early start at Emory hospital. Asked for reimbursement or discount & received none . Also had to pay 12$ just to park in one spot for one night . Wasn’t informed until arrival you had to pay additional in the hotel parking lot for a spot outside of room . Extremely disappointed.
