Excellent location to events at AT&T.

Liked: Friendly staff; clean room; close to stadium event.
Disliked: Cable channels; WiFi code never worked; pool code didn't work; plumbing was horrible ( toilet had to be flushed an average of 3 times per use).

The hotel staff were friendly and available.

Liked: Rooms were clean; met my minimal needs; able to get iron board and iron from desk.

For a budget friendly place...

Liked: The location to AT&T Stadium. The view of the stadium on one side of the motel. The property was better than the reviews made it out to be. I was really worried after reading reviews but I found it to be what you would expect for a low rated motel.
Disliked: It was misleading with the pictures shown on website. It wasn’t white glove clean but it was good enough to stay at. There was no smoke detector in room (wires were cut and left exposed), bathtub had no grips on bottom making it very dangerous to get in and out. No fridge, microwave or hairdryer in room as amenities. Ended up being charged an additional parking fee because of the Dallas game even though we were staying there.

Liked: There was no breakfast, but the location was awesome everything in walking distance.
Disliked: The main thing I didn't like was making me pay for parking during events when I'm a customer. I didn't like the fact that there was no refrigerator, microwave or coffee pot in the room . The phone chargers need to be closer to the bed . I think the cleaning ladies could do better cleaning the rooms up. With a little more TLC that place could be a great hotel because of the location .

Quality of hotel did not...

Liked: There's no breakfast. Was still charged for parking. No mini fridge or microwave in the rooms. Lacking pillows, towels and shampoo in the room. The hotel was pricey so expections were not met.
Disliked: Quality of price did not meet expectations.

Liked: My previous review stands on this property being absolutely disgusting, filthy, and not worth $700 for 2 nights. I have not a single good thing to say about this hotel and I hope the pictures show for that.
Disliked: Black mold growing in bathroomHoles in the wallWater damage in the shower ceilingMissing shower tilesFilthy floors No mention of parking fees until they call you the day before your booking. They also told me one price and told our family staying on a separate booking a different price. Very shady. Not worth $700 for 2 nights and I wish we could refund it. My son was TERRIFIED to shower and I don’t blame him. Even my husband said he felt disgusting even after showering because of how nasty it was.

Liked: Nothing this time I prepaid for my room for 2 nights and upon arrival the clerk told me that I was on the do not rent list and would not tell me why and gave no effort to find out why and then refused to give me a refund I’m still waiting for my refund because I did not break the agreement the property did if I was not allowed to be rented to then I should not have been able to purchase a 2 night stay only for my hard earned money to be stolen and held hostage.
Disliked: That I paid for 2 nights and was not allowed to use the room I booked and then refused a refund and a reason as to why I was not being refunded. I did not request the cancellation.
