Excellent location to events at AT&T.

Liked: Friendly staff; clean room; close to stadium event.
Disliked: Cable channels; WiFi code never worked; pool code didn't work; plumbing was horrible ( toilet had to be flushed an average of 3 times per use).

The hotel staff were friendly and available.

Liked: Rooms were clean; met my minimal needs; able to get iron board and iron from desk.

Disappointing

Will not stay here again...

Liked: The only Good thing about this property is that it's located near the AT&T Stadium.
Disliked: The elevator was broken , after the desk clerk telling me upon arrival to "park on this side of the building, enter through door and take the elevator to the 2nd floor." One of the workers there told me it was broken and when I went back to the front desk and asked the gentleman he agreed and said yes it's broken. I asked him then if he knew it was broken, why tell me to park all the way on the side of building and use it? He had no explanation.There was only 2 towels ,1 washcloth in the room.The AC unit was leaking water because underneath it on the floor was soaking wet.They were doing some sort of work on the inside of the hotel. The window was nasty.

Disliked: The rooms are not very clean. There was smears on the walls of not sure what. The bathroom floor seemed to have water under the floor tiles and the room smelled very musty. The whole weekend the elevator was also out of service so you had to take the stairs. Bags of trash were left outside of the side entrance all weekend.
