Liked: The room was very clean and because I am handicapped, the room met all of my needs from the easy way to get in and out of the shower to being able to reach for everything I needed. The customer service was great. Nice and very friendly. I have already recommended the Motel 6 in Arcata,CA to some of my friends who travel alot on US HWY 101.
Disliked: I have no reply for this because everything was just great.

Liked: Clean and big enough room for one night, staff were helpful and the hotel is in a decent location for a stop over.
Disliked: The heater didn't work in our room so we were cold all night, and one of the beds was uncomfortable as it was sunken in the middle. The bright lights outside the rooms are on all night and it doesn't help with trying to sleep.
