Disliked: After checking in & gathering items from the car we went to the room. The room had no trash can at all, no towels or washcloths at all, the smoke alarm was disconnected and lying on a table top, there were no pillow cases or blanket for the bed. The toilet tank lid was not the correct size & unstable. There was no television remote.

Disliked: This hotel is a junkie's paradise. The bed linen was already used and had holes in it. There were no sheets on the pillows. Even though it was a non-smoking room, there was a strong smell of cigarette smoke. The toilet was not working and there was a used menstrual pad in the bathtub. We arrived there at night with the children. Lots of crazy people all around. After asking for a new room, we were told there was no other room. We also have photos of the room. We had to leave the hotel and look for another place to stay at night. I requested a refund on booking.com, but they didn't even respond to my message. This hole was the worst I have ever seen and I travel a lot and have experienced all kinds of things.
