Disappointing

Disliked: I was charged twice for the room. There was food/crumbs on the floor in the room and it smelled really bad. Staff at check in were rather rude

Disliked: I made the booking on line late so when we got there I could immediately see people lived there all the time and it felt really sketchy to me. When we got to our room it seemed very dingy. The walls are so thin we could here everything upstairs and also outside. Do not stay here, if we we weren’t so exhausted we definitely would have left. It’s an embarrassment to the motel chain.

Wouldn't stay there again.

Disliked: Couldn't get shower on and manager came to turn it on but it was broke at the top and water sprayed right in our face. No way to avoid it.

Disliked: no hot water for showers. I ran out and my husband didn't get any....

Liked: Not much, beds were fairly comfortable
Disliked: Mold in the bathroom, hallways smelled so bad that I held my breath, the entrance we were told to use wouldn't open with the key cards. Couldn't get hot water in the bathroom sink.
