Liked: I've stayed at this place before and never had an issue with anything sadly this last stay wasnt great. It was hard to get anything we ask for like extra blankets or toilet paper. I would think staying In a family suit with a pull out bed that it a leather couch you just pull and it turns into a small bed, they would gives us extra blankets, when we ask they gave us 1.
Disliked: The rooms bathrrom door was broken and open at the bottom it seems this room needs some TLC

Disliked: The rooms were filthy and the staff were so rude. When we first arrived, we asked if my sister could change her room to a single bed due to her not needing two beds anymore and they said no.. no explanation just no.. My boyfriend and I were traveling with our three month old baby and my sister with her three kids. After going into our rooms, we asked for a refund due to the rooms being so disgusting and they absolutely refused.. broken lights in the bathroom, crack in the toilet, microwaves absolutely disgusting, coffee maker absolutely disgusting, literally a layer of dust on the bed, the doors were filthy, stuff on the walls, and in my sister’s room the lock was literally broken off of her door, oh, and let’s not forget the chair! The stains on the chair in my room were so gross.. would you want to stay somewhere where you have to constantly tell the children not to touch a chair because of how disgusting it is?? The woman came into our room to “check” But didn’t look at anything, she just came in the door and told us her housekeeper cleaned it that morning and told us if we didn’t like it we could go stay somewhere else so we asked again if she would give us our money back and she said no..
