Good value for money. Nice...
Liked: The receptionists were kind and helpful, particularly Maria. The room was cosy and clean. It was also quiet. Good location to visit the White House or China Town.
Disliked: The breakfast was unimpressive. Coffee in the afternoon would have been appreciated.

Liked: I recently stayed at the Morrison Clark Inn during my visit to Washington DC, and I must say that I was thoroughly impressed. The location is excellent, making it easy to explore the area. The rooms were not only nice but also impeccably clean, ensuring a comfortable and pleasant stay. Although I didn’t have the opportunity to dine there, the overall experience at the inn was very positive.I would highly recommend the Morrison Clark Inn for anyone looking for a great place to stay in Washington DC!

Would I stay again ??...
Liked: The room was clean and tidy. The staff were polite and accommodating but inhouse information was a bit misleading. It is quite well situated for the various sites if you don't mind the exercise. Its a 30-40 minute walk to the Whitehouse area. A really nice eatery is Clyde's of Gallery Place. Beautiful decor and food.
Disliked: Our room was next to the store cupboard and on the first morning, after arriving late, the cleaners were banging and talking loudly outside our room despite us putting the "Do not Disturb" sign on the door handle. We had breakfast on the first morning and although we ordered the breakfast special, it was basically 2 eggs with 2 rashes of bacon and a few deep friend potatoes . A cup of coffee and organge juice at $25.00 each plus tip (of course). After trying that we didn't use their restaurants again for fear of being disappointed. There wasn't coffee/tea making facilities in the room. Something I found strange for a US hotel. We were told differing stories at the desk about when there was complementary coffee in the reception area. First we were told evening 5-11pm and then when we expected on after returning we were told it was 5-11am but not always. A complementary coffee should be available all day, which it would have been if you could make your own. The room faced inwards to a central courtyard which made the rooms natural light poor. There was only bedside lamps for extra lighting. While these were ok for the evening it wasn't enough for daytime illumination. Felt dreary during the day.
