Liked: Family room was big and roomy, the bathroom was huge with a double shower (wow).
Disliked: Could have done with a table and chairs.

Nice rooms but customer service...

Liked: The room was lovely. Lots of space and very comfortable. Had a bit of a strange experience in the morning - went to use the lift to get downstairs as my partner was disabled. A staff member screamed at us to get out of the lift as he wanted to fix it. Made us use the stairs. The staff downstairs then made us exit the building through the back and walk around the whole building to get to our car at the front, despite my partner using a mobility aid and obviously struggling. Would have been nice if they just let us out the front door.

Disliked: Spa outdated and bathroom floor needs a little attention but didn’t really bother us
