Convenient location and very friendly...
Liked: Breakfast was excellent! Beds were comfy too!
Disliked: There was a strong scent from the cleaning products used but we left the door open for a little while and it was better after that.

Disliked: Somewhat sketchy area but not unsafe. Close to freeway (I 5) but not too noisy.

Bad, bad everything also horrible...
Liked: Homeless drug addicts everywhere. A dangerous place allowing who knows what to go on. Also who in their right mind would put a disabled person so far away from everything and even the elevator was on the far side of the complex. No coffee or tea making equipment but free stale coffee in the lobby 100 yards away. We checked out and my wife left clothing in the drawers we realized 2 hours after we checked out. We called the hotel about it and they said they threw it in the dumpster read the sign in the room she says! Then this horrible woman manager just hung up. We went back and insisted they look for her stuff and it was still in the drawers after the housekeeper did the room. You can imagine how well the room must be cleaned when you employ illegal alien crackheads. Then she had the audacity to offer us a discount when we came back to Bellingham and tried to get us to come back because we had booked 7 nights at the Coachman which is a 10 compared to this drug infested hell hole. The Coachman is far, far superior and cleaner and is going to be our hotel of choice everytime we come back to the area for a visit with our kids and grand kids. Safer location too.
Disliked: If the place were sold to a better operator. Rips and burns in the carpet. Clientele, staff, breakfast, attitude of manager, homeless crackheads wandering around and dangerous atmosphere.
