I think that we were at the wrong place at the wrong time when everything went wrong. We couldn't fault the manager's appreciation of the situation and we look forward to visiting again in two weeks time.

Liked: The building and location.
Disliked: Our room was freezing cold with heating inoperative. Fire alarms active intermittently throughout night; didn't get to enjoy the bathroom as there was no hot water.

Superb

Liked: Staff were polite and helpful and friendly. Had Digby Grande suite. As a birthday treat for my partner. Lovely. Bathroom was out of this world. Double wash basins and shower. Lovely thick towels and dressing gowns. Overlooked the main street. In the
Disliked: Wooden floors which were well polished which could be slippery if walking in socks. Main room was cool in the but the staff sorted the heating out for us.

Disliked: The coffee machine didn't work properly There was no bath The shower room has a poor design and whole floor got soaking wet when used

Stunning Hotel

Liked: We just love this Hotel. It has a great look, the rooms are all beautiful. It’s the perfect location for exploring the City, with the Maritime Quarter, bars and beach all walking distance. The staff are all amazing, extremely helpful and always polite and happy to help.

Liked: Staff very polite and helpful. Seen you to your room. Accomodation spotlessly clean throughout. Good quality tasty breakfast .

Lovely central city stay in...

Liked: Room was lovely, particularly the bathroom. Beds are comfy and it is very clean. Breakfast was delicious and the staff were fantastic.
Disliked: Could probably benefit from more soundproofing as I could here people in the rooms around us. It's the only thing I could fault.
