Location brilliant; nice ambience; very clean; comfortable bed; good breakfast. Very pleasant hotel for a one night stay.

Unprofessional and smoking smells everywhere.

Liked: Location is very good. Work dissertation to London central area.
Disliked: Room is very old. Smoke smell comes in from outside under door.. it is very very basic like old stifo room like. Shower is broke water went out everywhere. Table is very very flimsy.. One big problem for me is I check out and asking could they hold my travel case there until I back. They said yes but also he said keep in there restaurant floor. That restaurant people come and goes. It is very unsafe. This is very unprofessional.Breakfast is very basic and was not great quality compared how much you paid for stay here.
