Very good giving everything promised...

Liked: Room good, Breakfast OK, Bed Good, Cleanliness Very Good, Staff Very helpful.
Disliked: We were advised before hand that the resaurant was closed but still did find this a bit awkward having to go out for evening meal.

Very good

Liked: No breakfast as one guest going for operation in local hospital. Actually unable to book 2 nights for 1 for 2 guests then 1 for 1guest before hand. But receptionist was able to change booking - 2 nights in same room.
Disliked: Other guests inconsiderate parking.

Relative in local hospital for...

Liked: Room - best bit - availability of sign to hang on door if disabled in any way. We are both Deaf, & now OAPs, but in our cases - deaf since 3 years old & 46years respectively. Many OAPS have hearing loss can't hear the fire alarm at night but don't inform or realise the need to inform hotel staff. The hang on door sign at least highlights the need to inform staff.
Disliked: The way some guests park their cars. My car's drivers side was blocked off by the next car along. Receptionist dealt with the issue very well.

Great value with friendly staff

Liked: Very large comfortable bed , super clean and very kind and helpful staff , great parking and easy access
Disliked: Heat goes off at night ; No restaurant but we understand why , one minor point is our room smelt of smoking which was a shame but we bought a scented candle
