Liked: Location was okay but far away walking from our event. In another part of Moose Jaw. Nothing nearby.
Disliked: No fitted sheets,filthy dirty everywhere, Air conditioner didn't work properly, complimentary breakfast all frozen items with outdated dates(Feb) on pkgs.window on main floor was busted.

The customer service wasn't only...

Liked: The breakfast was adequate, but it only opened at 8:00 a.m. which was not convenient for anybody who needed to attend meetings or events. The location was easy to find and easy to access to the main venues
Disliked: There was next to no service. We were there for 10 days and our bed linens were never changed ones. They came into our room 3 days 5o service the room with towels, coffee and clean glasses. On the first day we complained about a broken chair. We were told that they don't have any extra chairs. The carpet in the room was never vacuumed for the duration of our visit. The main carpet in the hallway was warped and bulging. At the entrance store, you could see daylight out the bottom of the door because the cement was all cracked away. The pool filters were not running so who knows how clean that water was. After I complained, I was told that there are 80 rooms at this facility and for cleaning staff. When we saw cleaning staff in the hall and asked for service, we were told that they don't understand English. The only reason we stayed was because it was prepaid.
