A cold hotel with little...

Liked: The hotel is more an aparthotel - with most rooms being very small 1 bed apartments. The complex is quite big and most blocks are only connected to the main building by external corridors / paths .
Disliked: The main hotel area with reception and bar / restaurant was cold ! The main doors had no inner door to keep the warmth inside and were often open . This meant the whole of the main hotel was empty ( including the bar and restaurant) and the poor reception staff had to wear coats . Such a basic design error .

Disliked: Price for what is offered didn’t align. It’s an overpriced hotel.

Very good value for money...

Liked: The Moose is a fantastic choice for anyone visiting Banff. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful, always making sure you feel welcome. The hotel offers a lot of great amenities, including a hot tub and a gym, which are perfect after a day of exploring the area. The underground parking is a bonus, and the location is unbeatable, right in the heart of Banff. The rooms are spacious and cozy, with beautiful local artwork adding to the charm. Highly recommend staying here for an unforgettable experience!
Disliked: The heating system was a bit noisy and would go on and off during the night, but overall, it didn’t affect the stay too much.

Liked: Everything! Location, the property, the staff, the fireplace, our room! Everything was great, this was our 2nd stay here and we won’t stay anywhere else when we visit there.
Disliked: Nothing
