Beautiful quiet location, well set...

Liked: We were looking for a property that was dog friendly close to Bundaberg
Disliked: Not a lot of dining options the night we stayed unfortunately as it was mid week

Liked: Best customer service! Our room was so spacious! It had coffee, tea and even Tim tams. It has been newly furnished and we loved the beach theme to our room. The shower and bathroom and sheets were very clean and its perfect location to the beach. We will be staying here every time!

Liked: The huge pool was fabulous and being a lovely clean pet friendly place suited us perfectly. Close to the beach and quiet at night .

Liked: Nice little motel was clean and comfortable. Manager was lovely, good clear communication from motel. We stayed with our dog and they had set up a little outside fence in front of the room which was lovely. Close to the beach, you could hear the waves rolling in it was very peaceful.

Disliked: Arrived back to motel with our young family and the room next door had approximately 10 people spilling out of there room while we could visibly see them smoking and drinking. It looked like a rough crowd and they were right in front of our door so we didn’t feel safe taking our two small kids in. We waited up the road for them to leave but they didn’t. We had to find alternate accommodation. We told staff the next day and their response was really disappointing to say the least. They minimized how we felt and said we overreacted and we should have gone to them. I am sure we would not have felt safe staying the night if we talked to the owners anyway. Was hoping for this to be our regular accomodation when we come up but due to the owners response to us we won’t be coming back.
