Exceeded our expections

Liked: We didn't see breakfast. The staff was helpful, everything in the room worked and was very clean. They upgraded us to a room with a jacuzzi tub and it was heaven! The price was very affordable, and we got a first-floor room.
Disliked: The mattress was too thin (like a futon). The bed had only 1 sheet and the thin cover. A blanket would have been nice. But the heater worked good.

Extra charges at check in...

Disliked: Every time I go to this hotel they want to charge me extra when I check in if I make the payment online and they don't want to accept the discounts they give me on Booking.com
