Liked: The facility is remarkably well maintained considering its age. The staff were lovely, and the rooms were impeccably clean and tidy, offering most of the essentials for a short stay. The location is outstanding and you don't even need a vehicle to get around, as everything is conveniently at your doorstep.
Disliked: The beds were firm, and the couches were small, making it hard to cuddle up and relax.

Location, location, location!

Liked: Excellent location! Lots of dining options right around the corner and the beach literally one minute's walk away & a Woolworths 10min walk (3 min drive). The apartment was clean and had facilities for cooking own meals & eating in if desired. If you're into carnivals, the Rye carnival was also right across the main road.
Disliked: The air conditioner emitted a damp smell which was not pleasant. The walls/floors are quite thin so you could hear people in neighbouring rooms/above early in the morning. Pillows a bit too soft for my liking & doona quite thin.

Exceptional

Liked: Fantastic location, staff were polite and friendly, the space had everything we needed and more, including a spacious triangle spa.
Disliked: The beds were quite hard and a bit uncomfortable
