A great getaway close to...

Liked: Lovely view. Soaker tub was excellent. Personal note was nice. Shout out to Soul’s Toast food kiosk for the amazing breakfast!
Disliked: The beds are small, more full than queen. Really no other issue.

Beautiful

Disliked: The room was really cold. The heater didn't work and the small heater didn't heat up the room very well.

Best location in Brentwood Bay....

Liked: The place has a wonderful location with best few of the ocean and a good price . All the settings are very clean. Large room and comfortable beds. We have a great time over here. Definitely will visit again.
Disliked: Maybe if we can cook some food will be better, especially at night. But it is not very necessary for short stay because there is a restaurant next to the hotel.

Disappointing

Liked: The location is great, no breakfast but the Malahat chalet next door was great for dinner and breakfast.The lodge needs a lot of work, facets in bathroom and soaker tub have issues, many ants inside. Air conditioner didn’t work. No screen on slider door so couldn’t leave the door open. The whole place is in need of some TLC.Walls need washing and painting. It could be a five star stay with some work.

Beautiful Location and Experience

Liked: This was our second time staying at the Moon Water Lodge and it did not disappoint. The views are spectacular and the rooms are spacious and comfortable. We will be returning customers for sure. Highly recommend.

Very impressed and made our...

Liked: I thought the value for the money was great. Having two firm beds and two tv’s was nice. The view was exceptional. The Kitchen was great and the giant soaker tub topped it all off.
Disliked: My Girlfriend complained alittle of the smell of her bed saying it was alittle musty. What I think would step the rooms up is putting in hard flooring with area rugs under the beds. Having carpet just at the foot of the soaker tub might be adding to the musty smell as not everyone are as careful as the next people to keep the carpets dry. I didn’t notice it like my girlfriend but I have poor sense of smell. Also possible using a bit of bleach when washing the bedding could help or just new bedding. This isn’t me complaining or nit picking, we were overall very happy with our stay and would come back for sure.
