Liked: I know the demand was high due to event at the weekend. The hotel is nice but overpriced for an average stay.

Liked: Beautiful grounds. Great valet person i asked to store our luggage. Young guy with dark hair. Liked 12:00 checkout.
Disliked: Was in room 845 and had mold growing in shower grout. Long dark hair on tub area, i have blond hair. Not acceptable anywhere, but for sure not for price of room and facilities. Someone should be checking these rooms after cleaning.

Liked: The spa was very limited and seemed to be short staffed. The in room breakfast wasn’t great but it also wasn’t the worst. The cafe downstairs was decently priced and pretty good. The hot tub and pools were great, no complaints there. Lots to do so, don’t expect to want to stay in bed.

Liked: I love the location and it was easily to get to our event
Disliked: Well the first night we found a bug /roach.the second night we were woken up by a false fire alarm. We were all tramatized and had a hard time going back to sleep.

Liked: The room needed maintenance. Damaged areas on the walls, stains on the sheets, stained towels, dirty shower curtain, very chipped tub, toilet bowel dirty on the outside.
