Liked: Very well kept and vey convenient access to all of the best attractions. Short drive to the Strand. The stunning architecture, and beautiful views combined with the gardens and aquarium make this a worthwhile stay. Food at their establishment was first rate. Their spa was an incredible experience worth visiting.
Disliked: Nothing.

Liked: Staff was professional and helpful. The air conditioner was not working in our room right after checkin and they quickly moved us to a nearby room. We received a great price through booking.com. Beautiful Christmas decorations.
Disliked: Hotel was slow and not many activities.

Liked: Everything was absolutely amazing!! Best resort we have ever been too.
Disliked: Wish the pool was open, but we were there in November so I understood. Soo many other things to do. The Aquarium & rainforest were AMAZING!! The museum was boring but over all had a great time

Liked: Great location to shops and resturaunts
Disliked: Contruction made it so you couldn't use the lobby.The restaurant inside the hotel didn't have the breakfast buffet on Sunday morning and the regular breakfast was way over priced causing us to use an outside restaurant
