Good rooms, disappointing restaurant not...
Liked: Very clean, very comfortable
Disliked: We stayed here a week ago and had a lovely meal in the restaurant, so we booked again. We have also recommended the hotel to our English friends. Sadly, the restaurant wasn’t open. We weren’t told about this when we booked and we weren’t given an explanation of why it wasn’t open, just that it was closed

A bit of strange trip
Liked: The hotel is new, the interior is in general good. Check-in and check-out was fast. Parking was always available. Breakfast was not bad, especially when they had all of the supplies (that was not the case for all the days). Air condition was fine and the bed was comfortable.
Disliked: The majority of things. First of all, during the two first days of stay, few things disappeared from the room: the underwear and the barrette of my girlfriend's. In one day, one item was lying on the table in front of the room. The second day, the other item was in an opened baggage. Was noticed that right after the cleaning in both days. We are not the persons who are able to lost our things in a 15 m2 room and we do not face such cases in our everyday life. The receptionist and, mostly, the cleaning lady was not helpful and a bit of aggressive after reporting the situation to them. But after this conversation no other item disappeared. Have no solid evidences, but the coincidence is quite impressive. Another point is that they charged the first night two weeks in advance, despite the fact that Booking told me I have to pay nothing before the check-in. And in the day of arrival they automatically charged the full stay amount from my credit card. Again, the Booking told me I will stay amount during the check-in. Will only use disposable cards or the cards with no money on it for the booking from now on. Also on the last 3 days the breakfast no bacon was served as usual (yes, this is critical for me). The milk coffee quality was unstable - from extremely poor to good (good was only once) depending on the personal preparing it. Having a 20000$ espresso machine and let barista froth the milk for a minute without any control while they do some other stuff is wild...
