It sucked I deserve a...

Liked: Location was the only good benefit if you were attending universal studios for your vacation.
Disliked: I was stuck in the elevator for 30 minutes wasn’t compensated called the front desk and numbers to get in contact with people for hotel for 15 minutes not one person answered me. Sugar any infestation in my room… room 212! Every amenity is broken from ice machine to vending machine to elevator the doors to enter in when you have to use a key card! Lastly they don’t come to clean your room or bring new towels
