Great location, amenities and room.

Liked: Room was excellent, very comfortable bed and great shower.
Disliked: Breakfast buffet was expensive; preference for hotels with continental breakfast included in the room rate.

Beautiful hotel in Montreal centre

Liked: Great room with beautiful view, super clean and comfortable, central location.
Disliked: Some door banging at 6am, insufficient sound insulation.

Great food, Great location and...

Liked: I loved the location, went for a hockey game and the arena was literally 4 min walk away! I loved the closeness to the airport, staff was phenomenal and very helpful! View from 14th floor was AMAZING!
Disliked: I thought is was a little pricey for two double sized beds.

Would come again but ask...

Liked: We were going to order breakfast in the room but it was too expensiveMy husband loved the bed and the showerI loved the beautiful wallpaper above the bed and the light fixture in the bathroom as well as the two different light fixtures beside the bed. One little light that points down. The beautiful rounded window was stunning. Lots of towels was niceThe chaise/sofa thing beside the king bed... LOVE!!!NICE BIG TV!!THE COFFEE WAS GOODHOTEL EXTREMELY CLEAN and updatedPETER the valet attendant & the CONCIERGE ON April 4th Ave the other concierge the am of the 5th....Amazing staff!!!!Super easy check out, great recommendation for breakfast on the 5th!!! Ty concierge!!!Your shower gel and hand lotion smell wonderful
Disliked: Toilet seat was looseYou had no milk for our coffee. Every other hotel has always brought me up a bit of milk. I couldn't figure out how to turn off the loud fan in our room. Scanning to learn everything about the room etc is a pain for older people. You should still have a sheet or pamphlet that explains everything without having to scan. The pedestal black table near the lil chaise/couch in my room was full of hand prints and oil. It would be nice to have one soft and one firmer pillow. Options...

The staff were amazing and...

Liked: Not a lot just had to stay up as our toilet wasn’t working for someone to work on it. Then ended up having to change rooms, at 1230 am
