Liked: room was designed nicely, the gym facility was well equipped, the pool was warm, the staff were nice, the food was tasty

Liked: Excellent garden suite. Enjoy the use of the spa facilities and will definitely look to be returning soon.

Liked: The room was lovely. Lounge room lovely place to sit for a drink. Food was nice
Disliked: Has to wait for room to be cleaned. No milk to have tea/coffee. Flies in shower. Bed fell apart as only 2 singles pushed together. Food very over priced with items not available or came out not what was described. Also make you pay an additional £50 holding deposit even tho room was paid for.

Not what was expected

Liked: The spa facilities.
Disliked: The curry night was all over the place the, staff had no idea what they were doing and it took half an hour to check in.

Liked: Beautiful location and stunning property, we stayed for a valentines break and my partners birthday, the team had put chocolates and strawberries in the room along with birthday wishes, A really nice touch
Disliked: Nothing

Ok apart from food poisoning!

Liked: Welcoming. Nice spa area.
Disliked: I got food poisoning. I emailed but I have heard nothing from the management eg to reassure they have taken that dish off the menu and looked into it.
