Good hotel in an ideal...

Liked: Ideal location for venturing around Central Paris with sites within walking distance or metro nearby.Family room was excellent and the breakfast first class though no bar for a drink at night.

Not worth money

Liked: It was not worth the money spent. It was false advertisement. The rooms smelled horrible. Breakfast was to be included on stay. It wasn’t. I was suppose to be able to see Eiffel Tower on balcony. I didn’t have balcony and Eiffel Tower is 30 minutes walking distance.it was supposedTo be three connecting rooms. It was not. Rooms were awful. More like two star hotel.

Disliked: The shower did not work properly my entire stay. The left knob (for hot water) was broken and no water came when you turned that knob. The water that came from the right knob alternated between hot and cold with not ability to control the temperature. I reported this issue several times but the problem was not resolved during my stay and the hotel was booked each night so I could not change rooms. My toilet did not flush the first day but this was fixed promptly. The ac is controlled at the front desk and was not allowed to go below 75 F. The windows open so we were able to get some cool air through the window.

Perfect would not have changed...

Liked: Everything was perfect! Location a 10 staff a 10. Rooms are small but that is Paris so expect that. Room was beautiful.

Disliked: small family room, narrow seab , simple breakfast, no variety of food. The safe box key was not provided therefore i had to have the passports in the reception safe box. we stayed 4 days and issue was not resolved.

Great hotel, friendly staff and...

Liked: The hotel was above and beyond what we expected . Breakfast was one of the nicest i have had in a hotel. The staff were exceptionally friendly and went out of their way to assist us. Lovely location and great restaurants close by all in all would thoroughly recommend.
