Liked: Great location
Disliked: Our room key kept deactivating I think 4 x in a few days.

Exceptional

Liked: Love the location, great staff, food at the hotel was delicious
Disliked: No complaints

Super location, comfortable room and...

Liked: The room was big (2 queen size beds) with lots of space to move around. Bathroom was clean and shower was good. Staff were excellent, especially Emily who shared her top tips with us (thank you, Emily, you were a super star!). The location is fantastic as it is close to good places to eat and walking distance to Cannery Row.
Disliked: The walls are very thin with little sound insulation so we were woken one morning by next door’s alarm going off!! However, it was generally quiet and there was little street noise past 11pm which was good.

Disliked: AC was horrible! Doesn’t cool fast enough. The floor was loud.
