Great location, easy check in...

Liked: Easy check in and Lillian was very accommodating.Location was central to Pacific Fair and the Beach.The Resort is a little bit dated however it was very clean and tidy in the apartment.
Disliked: The garden surrounds just needs a tidy up.The spa did have a strange smell coming from it when in operation.

Disappointing

Liked: Great location , and the rooms were very spacious with a great balcony!
Disliked: The beds were the worst beds I have ever slept in ruined our experience unfortunately.

Exceptional

Liked: The room was comfortable, the staff was friendly and we had a great time.
Disliked: The only regret is not the accommodation but the reconstruction of Goldcoast Hwy has caused some inconvenience to driving.

Liked: Clean, spacious apartment. Good to have our own car space. Wifi worked well. Useful items in the kitchen. Loved the pillows.
Disliked: Stairs from the basement to our ground floor apartment were a challenge as we are both unwell at the moment. It would have been nice to have somewhere to sit outside, not in the public space. Otherwise all good.
