Superb

Liked: Great location, close to the venue I was planning to visit and plenty of restaurants and cafes. Loves the art work in my room!
Disliked: The roadworks were a pain, but nothing the property can do about that! Hopefully the light rail will be a boon when it’s finally all finished.

Bad

Liked: Proximity to beach, shops and restaurants.
Disliked: Proximity to main road/roadworks. Noise from pool and road. Bed shook every time a truck went past making sleep impossible.Office was never staffed and you had to phone someone and wait for them to come. No bin in bathroom or hand towel holder. Not clean, feet were filthy, large dead spider in bathroom. Shower and lounge smelled.

Exceptional

Liked: Great size rooms. Although it's an older motel, everything has been modernised. Its a very well maintained place. Beds are very comfortable.
Disliked: Traffic sound during the day. Was not an issue during the night.

Liked: Very clean, tidy and spacious. Pool was lovely.
Disliked: There was loud road works at night when we were sleeping. I closed the window which managed to cut most of the sound.
