Comfortable and a good location.

Liked: Clean and tidy. Basic but all you need when you are busy during the day.
Disliked: The pool was too cold to swim in. It was August when we stayed so can't complain too much.

Liked: The place is great and reasonable priced. The facilities is clean and near the beach is a plus

Perfect for the price.

Liked: Well kept with a nice courtyard area. The location was perfect for our stay. Once we parked the car we didn’t need it.
Disliked: We had to put up with some pretty foul language from other guests.

The Motel is clean comfortable...

Liked: The location was ideal for us as it is close to my daughter's home, beach, tavern, supermarket and bowling club which are all within walking distance. The manager Tom goes out of his way to keep the property in immaculate condition and is always helpful. When the Gold Coast Tramline is completed, this will elevate this motel to another level. The motel is great value for money.
Disliked: Currently they are constructing the Gold Coast Tramline at night and there was some minor noise disturbance.

Liked: Clean and tidy. Good for an overnight stay. Cafe out the front is outstanding.
Disliked: Far too noisy on the highway, sleeping was difficult. It wasn't the tram line being built, simply the noise of cars and trucks passing all hours of the night.
