Elegant hotel, quiet room, great...

Liked: Beautiful hotel with wonderful staff and a great location. The decor is very elegant with beautiful small touches throughout. The bed was very comfortable and the room was very quiet. Lovely breakfast and great staff.

Would highly recommend this hotel.

Liked: Everything about the hotel was excellent- location breakfast facilities
Disliked: Very minor but struggled to get milk for our tea. Very English I know but we asked twice but to no avail. Otherwise we would have scored a 10

A Relaxing, comfortable stay in...

Liked: This Hotel is in the "Chiado" area of Lisbon with river-front nearby. The Hotel opened recently (less than a year ago) in a 300 year old building - the interiors of the hotel have been completely re-modeled and have modern amenities. Excellent view from the Room gallery. The Hotel Staff was friendly and helpful.
Disliked: The Hotel restaurant did not have any vegetarian options for Dinner.

Disliked: The staff is horrible annoying and arrogant! Room is the smallest smallest, hotel is dirty.

Liked: Terrific hotel. Feels brand new. Staff cannot do enough. Breakfast superb. Will stay here again if back in Lisbon. Thank you to all the staff!
