It was a nice place to use as a hub to go out and visit Toronto. Nothing special to draw you to that particular place.

Liked: The mattress was very comfortable. Shower water pressure was fantastic!
Disliked: No coffee available outside the restaurant and you couldn’t go back in without a card. Food choices below average. Decor outdated (not a big deal).

Disliked: Rooms need attention, carpet looking very dirty and stained, elevator floor corners are full of crumbs and dirt all time, drains are clogged with hair, toilet levers are loose, shower tap ready to fall off in my last room, curtains are old and stained, furniture is loose and damaged. Rooms smell musty.This place needs some attention like the Monti Carlo recently renovated in Barrie.

Good place to stay

Liked: great location, great price, great service. Room was cozy, spacious, and jaccouzi was a nice added bonus to our stay. Was able to find parking no problem. Staff on location that we seen were all friendly. Breakfast is small, but option is there to upgrade to hot meal for a small fee. Personally I dont mind eating a yogourt, toast and a coffee first thing in the morning, so it was good enough. Will stay here again.
Disliked: Hallway smelled of cigarettes and marijuana, only this one time. I have stayed here again with no issues. This is something that would be hard to control.

Liked: Strong flow of Water in the shower!!! I like that our bath towels are changed daily.
Disliked: Breakfast. Not a lot of choices, especially fruits. But in fairness I love their croissants!!!Room carpet needs some updating.
