It was a nice place to use as a hub to go out and visit Toronto. Nothing special to draw you to that particular place.

Liked: The mattress was very comfortable. Shower water pressure was fantastic!
Disliked: No coffee available outside the restaurant and you couldn’t go back in without a card. Food choices below average. Decor outdated (not a big deal).

Disliked: I visited Monte Carlo-Vaughan for a special occasion, but my experience was unfortunately marred by the staff's lack of support. On February 7, 2025, the kitchen staff member refused to provide a wine glass for my room. Later, when I called to order dinner and request room service, she informed me that the kitchen had closed, despite being told earlier that it would remain open for another hour. Both the kitchen staff and the receptionist on duty that day simply said, "There's nothing we can do about that." Additionally, the receptionist was unhelpful with my luggage and refused to assist me in finding an alternative method to refund (as I'd used a gift voucher) my deposit, which would have allowed me to pay some bills via e-transfer.***************************************************Despite having booked two premium rooms, I felt overlooked, undervalued, and neglected throughout my stay.
