Very disappointing

Disliked: This was a room I rented to stay in for two nights after my wedding. Room smelled like smoke when we walked in. They had no other rooms to switch us. Told us we would be upgraded to a different room next morning. They temporarily sprayed something to take care of the smell. Which obviously wasn't going to solve the issue. Was offered the same room type again in the morning. After complaining about what was promised, they offered another room without sitting area with no price reduction. The jacuzzi water stopper didn't work. That had to be replaced at 2am. The front desk staff brought 5 different stoppers to try. The room phone didn't work I had to walk to the front desk to discuss all of these issues.

Liked: I have been to this location for many years It's the first time I have seen such poor standards of cleanliness , Had to switch rooms as the room had some foul odour ..Book room for 4 adults, 2 children and just had 2 sets of towels for use ...It's not easy feeling comfortable
Disliked: Cleanliness is always #1Place needs to be updated to look attractive to customers

Liked: We were leaving too early for the buffet breakfast so the front desk arranged for a breakfast to go. All the staff was very friendly. Good location. Would definitely stay there again.

Disliked: The entire hotel is non-smoking, and our room was non-smoking - but it absolutely stank like cigarettes, as did the hallway.
