Very good

Disappointed with the customer service

Liked: Everything was spotless. I had an early morning CN Tower climb, so I missed breakfast. The location was perfect. 35 minutes to the CN Tower and 10 minutes to my appointment.
Disliked: The service was poor. The staff was not welcoming. At first I did not mind what I paid, but with the poor service I am now disappointed. I will not stay there again.

Liked: The staff!! Everyone was amazing!! The girl in the dinning room whom got me my dinner was so sweet also!! Morning staff amazing also!

Disliked: It was not close to the airport for an airport hotel. There was screaming and yelling in the hallways at night. Very scary.
