This hotel has terrible service. Our sheets were stained and dirty and all the management offered us was a bottle of terrible wine. This is unacceptable. I have emailed the assistant manager and he has done absolutely nothing about our complaint. I do not recommend this hotel.

Liked: The staff was very welcoming and the room was extremely clean. The bed was very comfortable

Disliked: Never took a shower because the shower head was full of lime

Disappointing, horrible.

Liked: Expectation on room disapointing. Smoking area, while we are allergic to smoke and not smokers. Tried to reach out the front desk using room phone failed, no answer. Smoking smelling in the corridor, till inside the room.
Disliked: Smoking smell. Room standard low, not expected. Windows toward main road. A lot of noise. Conflicting message from Desk lady during check in and the lady of checking out. Overall disappointing.

Superb

Dirty lobby, broken elevator

Liked: Good location, big room, good breakfast
Disliked: The lobby windows were so dirty it was actually hard to tell where the door was. The elevator was down and they mentioned it after paperwork was signed. As a single adult with a infant this is inconvenient, I would have stayed elsewhere. They sent my luggage and some help by the elevator. When I checked out. They sent the cart up and told me to load the cart and send it back down, I wait a good 10 minutes before having to call the front desk. The elevator completely shut down. I was only on 2nd floor. So I didn't appericate that instead of coming up and telling me the let me wait with all my luggage and infant in hand (can't bring her stroller up and down stairs) I felt it could have been handled differently and the staff weren't very apologetic. The toilet also had a hard time flushing too.
