This hotel has terrible service. Our sheets were stained and dirty and all the management offered us was a bottle of terrible wine. This is unacceptable. I have emailed the assistant manager and he has done absolutely nothing about our complaint. I do not recommend this hotel.

Liked: We liked that the tv was able to link to our phones and it had what we needed for a quick night stay
Disliked: Our breakfast included was actually very disappointing- I’ve never had such a sad buffet breakfast. I know it’s a Tuesday and it’s not a busy time but I came with 5 kids who had a hard time finding anything to eat- and with 5 kids we booked a breakfast included to help with price. I have been to several breakfast included hotels and this one was for sure the most disappointing. The pool our kids used briefly was fine, but it was pretty cold for them. I wasn’t convinced it was the cleanest place so I was worried about clean water/bacteria/etc. they showered right after… I realize it was a budget price but since you have asked for reviews this is our experience.
