Would stay again but if...

Liked: Lovely hotel big beds and spacious rooms, had a lot going on in the hotel we were there for only 1 night but stayed at the hotel, lots of places to eat and 24hr room service!
Disliked: The pool was really cold no one goes in and the jacuzzi is really hot! I did ask one of the staff if there was a problem with the pool being so cold but she said that was the normal temp

Disliked: No water between 11pm and 5am made it difficult to wash and clean teeth after we came home.

Liked: They welcomed us with a wonderful drink and we got to enjoy a few wines free of charge between 5-7 the staff were excellent
Disliked: Wasn’t a heated towel rack other than that everything was perfect

Liked: Good location welcome Prosecco and roof top restaurant
Disliked: Pool too coldCold water in our room not working despite telling receptionist on numerous occasions When eventually moved room were in one with noisy AC units outside so couldn’t sleep
