Great hotel in an excellent...
Liked: Due to a delay in arriving at the property we primarily spent the duration of our trip out of the hotel, however there was nothing to fault from the comfort of the room, friendliness of staff plus location. Would gladly stay again

A favourite!
Liked: It was our second visit here, we love this hotel and the staff are the most loveliest and made us feel so welcome- we appreciated the welcome drink and the balloons and chocolate they arranged for my husbands birthday- was nice to have a swim and hot tub in the morning before we checked out. Another excellent stay and we will be back!
Disliked: Nothing I didn’t like

Relaxing, lovely and clean, perfect...
Liked: Very good facilities, lovely staff. Brilliant time. Spa was lovely and relaxing and very clean. incredible view from the rooms
Disliked: Wanted to go outside on the rooftop bar but couldn’t unless u spent £75 per head. even if we just wanted a quick drink and look over the view.

Nice comfortable hotel with great...
Liked: The staff at reception, very comfortable rooms and beds, fantastic spa and wellness area, great location.
Disliked: The breakfast set up was beyond atrocious and really took away from the experience of staying in the hotel as a whole. You don't expect to queue for 45 minutes for breakfast at a 5 star hotel. They are running a bizarre system where some things are ordered and some is buffet (buffet part was poor and under stocked), it's incredibly slow, there were dirty empty tables left for ages while people queuing to sit down and no one on the door, and the staff are all super stressed out leading to a generally unpleasant vibe. Honestly I don't know how they could get this so wrong, and how have they not addressed this when it's obviously a massive problem. Why not just put on a breakfast buffet and let people sit down at cleaned tables like pretty much every hotel in the world does??
