Not what I paid for

Liked: The hotel is very nice and great for accessing moorgate underground.
Disliked: When booking it was stated the Montcalm Club King room had a bath. This was my reason for choosing this hotel and room over others. The room did not have a bath.When addressing this with the hotel I was told this was only when available and on this occasion it wasn't. This was not stated on the booking and was very disappointing.

Ideal for the one night...

Liked: The staff were very attentive. Rooms nice and clean and spacious. Breakfast was busy but to be expected , service a little slow. Had to ring for robes for 2 of the rooms but this was rectified quickly.
