Very comfortable with helpful staff.

Liked: The young woman who showed me in and Carrie my suitcase downstairs to my room - she was excellent and really helped. The room and especially the bed was extremely comfortable. I loved it.
Disliked: The TV wouldn’t go on. I had to get reception to come and get the TV to work as the remote didn’t work. You needed to switch something at the back of the TV. Not great.

Great little boutique hotel but...

Liked: location was fantastic, central London with lots of food options nearby and access to the London transport system. Lovely staff, and very cute boutique hotel in general
Disliked: Unfortunately being an old building, the floors creak and being a hotel, people come and go during all hours so my sleep was interrupted by this as I'm a light sleeper

Liked: Very pretty decor, comfy (small) bed, staff were very helpful and great location
Disliked: Cost was high, breakfast overpriced, traffic noise was more than expected

A very clean and well...

Liked: The hotel is well located and within walking distance to the local underground station, Marylebone Registry Office, Oxford Street and many restaurants.The room was well appointed and the bed extremely comfortable after a long day exploring the sights.
Disliked: It would have been nice to have had a wider choice for breakfast as the Continental Selection was a bit uninspiring.

Disliked: “I had a pleasant stay at the hotel overall. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the staff was friendly and attentive. The location was convenient, and the amenities provided were quite satisfactory. However, one small downside was the absence of an elevator, which made it a bit challenging to move luggage between floors. For those with mobility concerns, this could be an issue. That said, everything else was great, and I would still recommend the hotel for a comfortable stay.”
