Liked: Beautiful hotel! The bed was so comfortable, it was clean, the staff were lovely, and it was in the perfect location for our honeymoon.
Disliked: Nothing! We hope to return one day. Can’t fault it.

Loved it.

Liked: Location was really good, close to Baker Street tube.Hotel was lovable clean. Lovely bedroom. Big bathroom and we had robes and slippers too which was nice.
Disliked: Didn’t like the noise coming from the room upstairs. It sounded like elephants were walking about and this was in the early hours so broke our sleep. Maybe ask guests to be mindful of other guests etc.

Disliked: The walls are very this and not sound proof - you can hear the neighbors whispering at night… if you are unlucky (like I was), they were probably jet lagged and were up from 3am, watching tv etc… and you could hear everything. Also, top floor room in main building smelled of mould, it should probably be taken care of.
