Liked: Location and comfort/ size of the room
Disliked: It was too dark, the booking website and hotel website should update the right photos of the roomsLove the decor and size of the room, we were on the 3 floor and felt like evening time all dayVery depressing Also at the checkout I was told that I have outstanding bill for breakfast and had to proof that I paid at the Hôtel restaurant with different cardThanks that I paid with credit card and could pull the statement to show the proof of paymentThey should work on better system or communication between hotel and restaurant Really ???? It left bad taste at the end

The perfect place to stay...

Liked: We loved everything about this property. It was beautiful and interesting in design. It was the ideal location for visiting the old city of Quebec. The staff was great and the room was perfect.
Disliked: Room service isn’t available, oh well.
