Liked: Thoroughly enjoyed our 6 nights during the holiday season at this contemporary and artistic boutique hotel. Heated bathroom floor with thermostat. Nespresso machine with coffee and milk capsules. Plenty of storage space for winter outerwear and clothing. Friendly, helpful and responsive staff. Excellent location in the heart of old Quebec City, 10 minute leisurely walk to the Chateau Frontenac, close to restaurants and cafes.

Liked: Spacious rooms with decadent bathrooms. Lovely staff and beautiful decor throughout. Great location with easy to get to restaurants, bars and shopping.

The hotel is cute but...
Liked: Location and comfort/ size of the room
Disliked: It was too dark, the booking website and hotel website should update the right photos of the roomsLove the decor and size of the room, we were on the 3 floor and felt like evening time all dayVery depressing Also at the checkout I was told that I have outstanding bill for breakfast and had to proof that I paid at the Hôtel restaurant with different cardThanks that I paid with credit card and could pull the statement to show the proof of paymentThey should work on better system or communication between hotel and restaurant Really ???? It left bad taste at the end
