Unique location

Liked: Amazing location, very nice room, comfortable bed, clean and unique location.
Disliked: In the little details, not 5 stars worthy, cocktails a disappointment, menu in restaurant, courses way to fast after each other. Not really treated like a five star hotel should do

Disliked: The hotel offers no room service, we asked for champagne glasses and we were told to walk to the bar, out side the hotel in the rain

Serene Stay Close to London

Liked: Very quiet! Staff were friendly. The property is beautiful.

Liked: The Spa and comfortable beds, plus hotel decor

Nice little place to stay...

Liked: Staff were great. Food was great. Location was great.
Disliked: The rooms were cosy, just personal opinion like more furniture than needed in the room space. Toilet seat were more elevated than we liked as we are shorter people.
