Nice hotel

Liked: Lovely hotel in bustling area of Granada. Nice shower, toiletries provided but no conditioner. Fridge in room (mini bar) and tea and coffee making facilities. Reception staff friendly and helpful. Restaurant in hotel however we didn’t use it so can’t comment.
Disliked: Only one plug socket in bathroom that the hairdryer was plugged into, not good if you want to use straightener. Pillows lumpy and uncomfortable. Could not work tv but that could be our fault.

Liked: Central location convenient to all the sites. On-site parking.
Disliked: The bed smelled. One mattress was tilted. The AC didn’t work the second night. One bath towel had a hole in it.

Liked: Lovely place. Soundproof (noisy bar downstairs which is lovely by the way could not be heard.) Reyes at front desk was extremely helpful. Garage parking easy and useful

Ok, the breakfast fiasco left...

Liked: Bed was comfortable, hotel staff was very nice.
Disliked: The breakfast was not good because the coffee machine was not functioning. They had a section for the public and wouldn’t serve hotel guests that coffee unless we paid for it. Hotel staff was notified, but no resolution. I paid for breakfast for 2 and had to go out and buy coffee and breakfast.
