Liked: Location is absolutely great. I like the artistic concept of the hotel. and the super friendly staff was one of their biggest highlights. Also worth mentioning is the complimentary water bottles and sodas.
Disliked: The rooms were not as big as described when I made the booking. Still, they were comfortable. Breakfast has lots of room for improvement: add more fruits, reduce bread types and add cheese, eggs and other elements for a more balanced fare. The terrace, lovely but underused space. Overall there are some signs of wear and tear that could be easily remedied with a fresh coat of paint on the room doors and other minor fixes. Housekeeping staff must be checked as I feel they didn't always do their job properly by failing to properly replace all towels and leaving dirty glasses behind. One unforgivable incident happened on the last day, when housekeeping left the door not properly closed, meaning anyone could have pushed their way in. I only got a written apology for this, and I think that’s not enough to approach a serious matter such as this.
