First time in Mexico City...
Liked: Location of hotel in Condesa/Roma is awesome. Close to lots of coffee shops , eateries, and parks. Staff was just awesome. From checking in/out, restaurant staff, housekeeping staff. All polite and very attentive.
Disliked: Nothing here. All was very good. Exceeded our expectations.

Liked: Great location, comfortable beds
Disliked: Housekeeping didn't arrive until after 7pm on two of our four nights. There was also 30 mins delay to get a room upon check-in.

Great location, check your bill
Liked: The location was lovely. Enjoyed the different restaurants on site.
Disliked: They will not honor whatever offer booking.com is offering (no free breakfast, charged me for the upgrade). Housekeeping was constantly trying to get into my room, as a solo traveler that felt unsafe. They charge you different than what booking.com does. Massive discrepancies in my bill. Staff very hard to communicate with.

Over charged!
Liked: Excellent location, supportive staff. Excellent and helpful concierge.
Disliked: We were shocked to realize that booking through Booking.com cost us 30% more than what our friends paid for the exact similar rooms for the same period. They had booked directly through the hotel’s website or via other travel agencies. It was pretty embarrassing—especially since we were so proud of being 'Genius 3' members!

Disliked: For a hotel of this "range" we've never experienced such a bad service. Check-in took about 30 min even tho we had a reservation. During our stay, many times no one would answer when we would call reception from our room. We had to keep calling over and over until finally someone would respond. Twice during our stay, we simply asked for water to be brought to our room. The first time, the water took 1 hour to arrive, even tho we were following up every 20min. The second time the water took 1h30 hour to arrive. It was unbelievable. Other than that, the shower and wardrobes are very low quality. The room service had no vegan options and barely any vegetarian options. The temperature in the room is quite cold and doesn't get hotter even when pushing the temperature up to the max.
