Room is too small

Liked: Concierge help with drivers and the breakfast service. Room service was great especially since one of us was too sick to go out. Many restaurants in the area.
Disliked: The room was too small for 2 queen beds. Checked baggage suitcases could not be opened due to very limited floor space around the beds. There was limited lighting. For some reason, a huge wide pillar stood in the corner of the room preventing a space big enough to open my suitcase!! The hotel did not supply filtered water for water bottles like many other hotels in Mexico. Wall mural was peeling off the wall!! The art was a canvass mural stuck on somehow but peeled down about 2 feet the first night. Immediate surroundings to the hotel are NOT inviting or clean. Condesa may be one of the best walkable areas, but sidewalks are in a bad state. Sidewalks and curbs are uneven and thus dangerous for walking after dark. Hotel offers complete breakfast and several snack areas within this 2 hotel complex,but no real restaurant.

My new go to spot...

Liked: I loved how secure the building felt. There was plenty of staff in the lobby who were willing to help and answer any questions you may have.
Disliked: I loved everything about my stay.

Uninspiring

Liked: Good location and gym (when you find it)
Disliked: Rooms are soulless. Bottled water was $10 USD which would rival most Paris hotels

Very good and we would...

Liked: Room was great apart from a large Pillar in one corner that effectively reduced the space by one quarter.Fabulous location in Condesa..Great front of house and concierge service.
Disliked: Service in SkyBar restaurant needs to improve. We were told we had no credit for breakfast loudly on entry when we did and waiter was frankly rude.. better training required

Liked: Staff were good, rooms good
Disliked: Loud noise from events in the room. Didn't clean rooms well.

One of the best travel...

Liked: The entire staff was fantastic. Special note, the housekeeper couldn't service the room in the morning. But when we returned from a night out the room was made up and fresh towels place in the bathroom.
Disliked: The stay was too short.
