Bad
Disliked: For a hotel of this "range" we've never experienced such a bad service. Check-in took about 30 min even tho we had a reservation. During our stay, many times no one would answer when we would call reception from our room. We had to keep calling over and over until finally someone would respond. Twice during our stay, we simply asked for water to be brought to our room. The first time, the water took 1 hour to arrive, even tho we were following up every 20min. The second time the water took 1h30 hour to arrive. It was unbelievable. Other than that, the shower and wardrobes are very low quality. The room service had no vegan options and barely any vegetarian options. The temperature in the room is quite cold and doesn't get hotter even when pushing the temperature up to the max.

decent stay in great location
Liked: nice and modern hotel. great location. friendly, helpful staff. connected to a lively hotel.
Disliked: entire room needed better lighting/more lights. shower head needed to be deep cleaned and was hard to get the perfect temperature. very awkward sink.

A few adjustments needed for...
Liked: I enjoyed my stay at the Mondrian Condesa on the whole. A few adjustments are needed for the stay to have been 'good'
Disliked: Firstly both me and my partner got very ill for two days due to eating a Caesar Salad at the hotel. On telling the staff on the front desk, we weren't given much sympathy and were simply told to fill in a form. Better management of the food safety in the terrace restaurant is clearly needed. Secondly, my partner is a member of the Disloyalty scheme and although we appreciated that as I had made the booking we wouldn't be entitled to the room discount, she was told by the front desk that she would not be able to redeem her free coffees or 10% discount on food and drink at the hotel. After contacting Disloyalty directly, this turned out to not be the case which was extremely disappointing. Next, the shower: you were unable to move the shower head and it sprayed across the wet room - having been staying with two other couples, this was also the case in their rooms too so was clearly an issue across the hotel - in my opinion, this needs to be updated in order for the hotel to be truly branded as '5*'. Finally, the air circulation in the rooms is extremely dry and by day 6 of our stay at the hotel both me and my partner had nose bleeds every morning.
