Very good

Liked: Super friendly staff and great location! The ladies in front desk were beyond excellent. Excellent customer service and genuinely good people.
Disliked: The staff at the room service were unprofessional and the restaurant host and some waitress were quite rude. I think the manager was super friendly and polite but most of the waitress seemed hostile and resentful if I can say that with all due respect. The food was amazing and lovely atmosphere but again the service not so much which ruined the experience even though we tried four times while staying there.

I had a wonderful time...

Liked: Location was great and Hotel in General was very nice. Front Office Manager was especially nice.
Disliked: Everything seemed a bit overpriced.
