Lovely hotel

Liked: Location is the best,rooms and the space are very good. For $300 plus a night, i think breakfast should be included. They also charged us 70$ for overnight car park which we found overpriced! Anywhere else it’s 25$. If you are an early sleeper, this hotel is not for you as there is always loud music coming from one of their outlets.

Disliked: The pool was reserved for ages 21 and up the entire first day we were there which was disappointing.

Simply misleading

Liked: The location was superb and the staff at breakfast was super kind, the food in casa madera is delicious. The bed was comfortable and the room is clean.
Disliked: The hotel looks nothing like the pictures, it is very very old with old furniture. The pictures do not show at all that this hotel is very old and really needs a renovation. the staff in the restaurant at dinner are unattentive and rude even though breakfast staff was amazing. No one ever picks up for in-room dining and If you ask for cutlery in the room they send plastic cutlery, didn’t really expect that from a 5* hotel.
