Be ready that the room service will ring and knock your door very HARDLY everyday at 8 amIf you are a night owl and you’re still sleeping at 8 am - this is utterly your problemsBe also ready that the room service personnel may even break into into your room in case if you haven’t screamed enough loud2. The cleaning personnel doesn’t speak English. Even the elementary vocabulary like “plate”, “glass”, “toilet paper” etcYou must be Hispano Hablando in order to succeed into your needs3. Once we have been waiting for 4 plates and the cutlery for 2,5 hoursEventually my husband got it by himselfThe front desk has tried to convinced us that this is not their responsibility and they have nothing to do with it :))))4. We got the final bill with the upcharged services that we never used, and we were made to come back to the hotel to Fix it. Finally after wasting and waiting for 2 hours , we got our document with the right amount of spended moneyButThe next day we have received our deposit back that was not counted correctly and Mondrian still upcharged us, despite of the right proforma5. The renovation into the hall and the rooms is … passable. The most appropriate and a soft word.obviously it’s a kinda tired…6. The lady at the front desk gave us free drinks cards at the sky bar on the third attempt

Liked: Modern property in a very good location.
Disliked: Terrible, rude service - some of the staff at the front desk including the manager absolutely ruined what could have been a great stay. Opposite of customer first mentality.

Very poor

Liked: Location good. Bedroom very nice design.
Disliked: Restaurant closed, sky bar closed and pool was closed. This was due to work being done, but I was not informed when booking. So the hotel has 0 facilities other than a very basic gym.

Liked: Great location. The rooms are very modern and stylish.
Disliked: The beds were too small for my tall husband and I. The kids loved the modern style of the room. You cant open the windows for fresh air and this is never ideal for me, but typical of most hotels.
