Exceptional

Liked: Very nice sauna and spa area, the rooms are very clean and they feel brand new. Really enjoyed the toiletries and the bathroom area, the hotel has a very nice design and the attention from the valet and reception team is very warm and profesional. We had some good sushi rolls at the restaurant too.
Disliked: If you don’t mind walking a little bit, the location is good, is a safe and quiet neighborhood.

Disliked: Housekeeping needs improvement . Shampoo empty and not refilled, used cups removed but not replaced.Not enough staff on at breakfast so very stretched

Elegant boutique feeling

Liked: Brand new boutique hotel with beautiful facilities. Make sure to try their restaurant, very happening and tasty food.
Disliked: Only negative i would point out is the suite we got was facing the street so it was a little noisier at night. Just request a room facing the courtyard should solve this issue.

A very delightful experience

Liked: Breakfast was excellent, an extensive and great selection and a perfect omelette. Service was friendly and informative. I truly relaxing experience.

Liked: Friendly helpful staff always doing it the Mondrian way!Food was amazing both breakfast and the in house Japanese restaurant… silent room, spa area is total bliss…Would highly recommend as the city is pleasantly quite cool…

Disliked: I complain about some annoying noise in room at night due to air con , hotel seems to be aware of the issue in this specific room and only answer I got was " very sorry, next time we will give you a better room", not what I expect from 5 star hotel.Breakfast could includes some Japanese or asian items as it is mostly a Japanese restaurant for lunch and diner.Breakfast very tasty nevertheless, just stay away from egg Benedict , they don't know how to cook it.
