Liked: The hotel was excellent, its location is excellent, close to all the attractions of Prague within a very short walking distance, the hotel staff is very kind and very pleasant, a very good breakfast with a wide variety
Disliked: More emphasis should be placed on cleaning the bathroom and toilets

Liked: Large room, comfortable bed. The staff very obliging. Cleanliness excellent. Breakfast ample and well prepared. Very good location.
Disliked: The patios and gardens are not up to the standard of the interior.

Liked: The staff were friendly and helpful. Location was perfect for shopping and Christmas markets. Every meal we had in the bistro was delicious. Would definitely recommend.

Disliked: When we got to the hotel there wasn't a member of staff anywhere to be found eventually a staff member came and just handed us the key told us where the room was and walked away. There's alot of stairs in this hotel and there was no offer to help with bags. The breakfast was beyond low standards. My husband has dietary requirements and there was nothing there for him to eat now while that is our fault for not letting them know in advance which is fine they said they would make stuff for him but we told not to as we would sort ourselves. Days later we got an email to say they ordered food for him after we told them not to and for him to come to breakfast and someone would be there to help him but when he went down there was no one around. Then to top it off on check out they tried to charge us for the food they ordered when they knew we were going to sort ourselves and they also tried to charge us for the mini bar saying we took Pepsi and peanuts which we didn't cus we don't like Pepsi and my husband is allergic to peanuts so I can only put it down to the cleaner taking them while we loved Prague the stress of check out definitely put a downer on our trip

Liked: Fantastic location - easy walk to Old Town and access to major sites. The room was comfortable and a warm oasis after days out. The breakfast is definitely a feature and powers you for your day.

Liked: I loved everything about my stay here. I booked very last minute and was worried about where to stay as I was travelling alone. I'm so glad I chose Monastery Garden!The staff were super friendly and helpful, my room was really comfy and tastefully decorated with lots of space. The street outside is quiet and the area felt really safe as a lone traveller and is very central and within easy walking distance of so many attractions in the city.It's a very relaxing environment which was perfect as I'd just come from a busy group setting.I needed to store my baggage before checking in which was no problem and secure and the taxi for me to get to the airport was professional and good value.The food in the bistro was delicious and very good value too! Highly recommend.
Disliked: I occasionally heard people coming up the stairs next to my room but it didn't bother me at all. It was only noticeable because I was otherwise silent in the room.
