Fantastic location, beautiful building

Liked: Fantastic location in a beautiful building. Rooms were lovely and clean. Breakfast was delicious.
Disliked: There isn't a lift which was no problem when we arrived because our bags were taken to our rooms so we didn't have to worry about taking them up the stairs. However when we checked out there was nobody that could assist us and it was really difficult getting our luggage down all the stairs.

Liked: The location is centric, the front office staff was welcoming and helpful.The breakfast staff was very nice with a special mention to Lesia, who was amazing in spite of the fact it was fully booked due to Christmas.
Disliked: The gentleman in charge of the restaurant in the hotel was very rude and not interested at all in helping us with anything for dinner for our daughter who has celiaki. Then we just asked for some butter and cheese and that was also given to us with a very long face, as if he was doing me a favor. He also asked me to bring back the bowl with butter as if i was going to take it home....weird he was.
