Liked: The convenience of the restaurant and bar. The food was excellent and you didn’t have to leave to experience “Fine Dining”. The staff was extremely friendly and hospitable. 10/10
Disliked: Everything was great,However i feel the bedding needs upgraded. The mattress wasn’t very comfortable and i also would have preferred an extra heavier blanket stowed away for cooler nights. The water pressure was horrible, if anyone knows about great showers it’s ALL in the water pressure.

Don’t plan on waking up...

Disliked: The bed was horrible! I could feel the springs coming through when I laid down and I’m an average man of 200lbs

Liked: Our check-in went smoothly , room ready in advance and my requested extra pillows were in the room
Disliked: My husband went down to get some coffee in the lobby they said they don't have anybody to make the coffee that's not acceptable. we have never stayed in a hotel that did not have coffee available in the lobby

Disliked: We come down to see my daughter 6-7 times a year and always stay with you. I wish you had some sort of rewards program. There seems to be no incentives at all?

Liked: We needed a place to stay the night before a planned surgery. It is close off the freeway and near the hospital. The restaurant was good .
