Very good

Liked: Large rooms. Great location.
Disliked: Housekeeping was spotty. Had to ask to clean room. Forgot to leave wash cloths. Didn’t refill fridge. Valet failed to lock our car on two occasions. Fortunately my app alerted us.

Great place to stay

Liked: Clean rooms and everything we needed was addressed. The staff really takes care of you.

Best place to stay in...

Liked: An incredibly beautiful hotel. I wish we stayed for longer! I would have loved to take advantage of the spa. The rooms were very large and accommodating. The property was in a fantastic location just on the riverwalk.

We will highly recommend the...

Liked: We had breakfast on Dec 4, 2024 and we had the most wonderful wait person. Her name is April and she went above and beyond to provide us with great service and a friendly experience. She actually tried to find out the brand name of the silver ware we were using ( I was so impressed with the silverware). She brightened our day with her smile. I hope they pay her well, she is a true asset to the Mokara.
Disliked: It was a little bit chilly in the restaurant but the hostess did close the riverwalk doors and that helped.
