Good stay in the end...

Liked: Room was very comfortable, a little bit to warm we couldn't manage the temp, location was exceptional with the lake view, breakfast very good with plenty of choices
Disliked: A/C system not really efficient , way too warm.

Disliked: Shower didn't drain properly. Despite numerous complaints this issue didn't get resolved. Strange layout of not having any privacy door in the bathroom for shower. Don't recommend this for families.

Liked: Location and size with the view of the room. Also the hospitality of the staffs at Front Desk except the 1st person who check me in.
Disliked: The communication from the first check-in staff member could be improved to provide a more welcoming experience. When I inquired about my consecutive booking, rather than acknowledging my question, he interrupted me, instructing me to wait until he finished his process. As someone who also works in hospitality, I believe a better approach would be to acknowledge guest questions promptly, answer politely, and remain flexible when assisting guests. This would enhance the overall service experience and create a more positive impression.
