More welcoming and open staff...

Liked: Big room and good facilities. Slightly outdated but ok. Clean.
Disliked: Staff was underwhelming, do not say hello or even welcome when you arrive or pass by in the lobby. Easy to do and makes a difference. Location was perfect for what I needed - otherwise very noisy surroundings and not the most pleasant walk to the hotel for the last bits. The elevators are not sufficient to get people up and down in a fast/quick way and no stairs to be found (easily and by noone I crossed waiting for ages for the lift too). Not enough vegan options for breakfast - no vegan cheese, ham, yoghurt - the basics. I got a bit of cheese after asking though.

Liked: The staff was very kind and helpful but couldnt help you with any other questions than the check in or out.
Disliked: The elevators were dramatic. Sometimes it took 30 minutes to get even in the elevator. It made horrific noises and went up and down without going to your destination.The noice of the trains, dogs, people at the streets at night never stopped. You need to be aware if this.
